Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Daxaccess Business Manager

At Daxaccess IT Solutions Limited, we strive to deliver reliable and high-quality business accounting software to help manage your operations efficiently. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund policy below to understand how we handle billing and refund-related matters.


1. Free Trial (If Applicable)

We may offer a free trial period to allow you to evaluate our software before making a purchase. If you're using a trial, no charges apply until the trial period ends.


2. Subscription Payments

When you subscribe to Daxaccess Business Manager, you are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the plan selected. All charges are processed securely through our payment gateway.


3. Refund Eligibility

Because our services are digital and subscription-based, we follow a no-refund policy for completed payments except in the following cases:

  • Accidental duplicate payments

  • Technical issues that prevent access to the service, confirmed by our support team and unresolved within a reasonable timeframe

  • Unauthorized transactions, proven and reported within 5 business days of charge

If you believe you qualify for a refund under these conditions, you must submit a request to billing@business.daxaccess.com with full details.


4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind or discontinued use of the service

  • Failure to cancel your subscription before the renewal date

  • Incomplete usage of features during an active subscription period

  • Dissatisfaction not related to a verifiable technical issue


5. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Once canceled, you’ll retain access to the service until the current billing cycle ends. After that, no further charges will occur.

Note: Canceling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund unless a valid refund request is submitted and approved under section 3.


6. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.
